Japanese food has been a big part of my life, having cooked it now for over 20 years. Sushi, especially, is where my passion lies. Many people in the region also have a clear appetite for high-quality sushi which is why I decided to open a sushi takeaway store, Sushi no Sa, in the heart of Macau.

 

 

To meet this demand, we use the Compact Wrapped Sushi Machine (SGP-SNB) because it could make rice balls as well as wrap them. This would boost efficiency, reduce the workload for staff, and attract more business. Indeed, we now have two branches of Sushi no Sa in Macau, so a streamlined operation is essential.

 

Initially, the sushi chefs were reluctant to use the machine because they believed it would replace them. Nothing could be further from the truth. It actually helped the productivity amongst our chefs because the machine was easy to use and took on a lot of the time-consuming tasks like the shaping and wrapping of sushi. This ensured more time for staff to focus on their culinary creativity.

 

The synergy between our staff and Suzumo has been incredibly fruitful, creating a dynamic working environment that consistently meets the high demand our sushi attracts.
