Continuous Sushi Roll Machine

Creates delicious Sushi roll with a fluffy rice sheet

Uses unique mechanism to produce soft fluffy rice. Can create a long unbroken Sushi roll or cut them into sections. Size is selectable, in rounded or squared shape. Cutting size adjustable, using rotary cutter
Can produce 4,000 rolls per hour that appear to be handmade!!

FEATURES

Continuous output of soft, consistent rice sheet.
Can select continuous or single sheets of rice.
Separate conveyor for toppings.
Can select length of conveyor belt (2/2.5/3/3.5m)
Unique forming mechanism that first rolls from one side and then the other.
Change roll size and shape by using different forming units.
Rotary cutter cuts rolls precisely and to variable lengths.
Uses an interlock system for operator safety.
Each line has a separate touchscreen controller.
Can process up to 4,000 rolls per hour (with 2 lines)
Design emphasizes safety and washability

PROCESS

1.Continuous rice sheet laid out. . Rice sheet can be cut to required length.

2.Rolls up first from one side and then the other.

3.Rolls are formed gently.

4.Length of cut is adjustable. Alcohol constantly used to keep rotary cutter clean.
