Automatic sushi roll cutting machine for handling mass-produced rolls. Encourages streamlining and labor-saving in manufacturing process, while improving uniformity and quality of final product. Place roll sushi on the cassette and turn it on. Design is loaded with safety features, using a cassette-type automatic delivery mechanism that can slice the rolls for you. Can also produce half and diagonally sliced Medium roll!

FEATURES

Place roll sushi on the cassette and turn it on. Design is loaded with safety features; it uses a cassette-type automatic delivery mechanism to slice the rolls for you.
Produces cleanly sliced pieces as though they had been cut by knife.
Cutter blade is regularly sprayed by alcohol, keeping it sanitary. Also, the blade makes its cuts without coming into contact with a cutting board, improving longevity.
Simple construction promotes sanitariness and washability. Disassembly and assembly also easy.
Equipped with an interlocking system as a safety measure.
