We will proactively disclose information that we judge to be important or beneficial to our stakeholders to promote their understanding of our company, even if it does not fall under the disclosure requirements of the laws and regulations or the Timely Disclosure Rules.

Information required by the Timely Disclosure Rules will be disclosed through the Timely Disclosure Network (TDnet) provided by the Tokyo Stock Exchange in accordance with the Rules, and the disclosed information will be promptly posted on our website. Even in cases not covered by the Timely Disclosure Rules, information that is deemed important or useful will be widely disclosed by posting it on the Company's website.

In order to prevent leaks of financial information and ensure fairness, we will observe a quiet period fromthe day following theend of the fiscal year and each quarteruntil the scheduled announcement of financial results, and will refrain from responding to inquiries or making comments regarding financial results and forecasts. However, even during the quiet period, we will promptly disclose any discrepancies in earnings forecasts that are required to be disclosed under the Timely Disclosure Rules.

Plans and forecasts disclosed by the Company are calculated based on information available at the time of disclosure and include risks and uncertain factors. Please note that actual results may differ from these forecasts due to various risks, uncertainties and other factors in the future.
